Description
The Black-Eyed Susans (Rudbeckia hirta) really took over one section of my garden this summer ... had a lot of fun photographing them!! Image taken with the Nikon D7000 and the Nikon / Nikkor 105mm micro/macro in August, 2013. My thanks to Belle Fleur for the hint of texture.

If there's such a thing as a signature style Lois - I believe you've found it. I'd know your incredible work almost anywhere. You have such a keen eye for composition, such a perfect sense of color and complementarity. And this is a prime example of simple and stunning. Great light and fabulous texture. Gorgeous work. F/V
